Ayahuasca Most Important Lesson To Remember
On my last video and blog post, I mentioned that my next video was going to be about Ayahuasca. More specifically, about what I believe to be the most important lessons I have learn from Ayahuasca and that we all can use in our lives (if understood) to help us deal with negative thinking, depressive states of being, anxiety created by overwhelming feelings and emotions that at times, we don't even know where they coming from or why we can't just simply stop thinking about something or someone in particular.
This new video in all honesty, I'm sharing it with you but I'm making it for myself first than for anyone else, because I'm the first person that needed to be reminder of this important teachings.
Teachings that can help us deal with things in our lives specially the negative ones, in a more positive productive way. One that will help us remember who we are, reclaim our power and use it to our own benefit so we can live a more balanced, less painful and happy life.
When we humans withhold and have trapped inside of us negative emotions & feelings such as anger, rage, revenge, hatred, all these "things" that we experience in shamanism are believed to have a life on its own. They call them "entities" and they become a part of you, and the more you think of them the more you are feeding them. These entities feed our of your negative emotions and thoughts, the more sadness, pain, anger, frustration, hatred we feel, the more we feeding them and the more powerful they become. The more powerful they become, the more they suck out of us our life force, dimming our inner light and turning our internal world into chaos and darkness. Native Americans, Shamans, Tribal people knows this since the beginning of time but in western world, we see things very differently. Actually if you don't see something with your physical eyes in the Western world, then it doesn't exist right? and truth couldn't be farther from that.
