PAYMENT: An additional discount is given to those customers that choose to pay with paypal. Enter paypal10 at checkout to receive a 10% discount from your order when you PAY with Paypal. There is no limit of times you can use this coupon, if you pay with paypal you can use this same discount all the time.
SHIPPING: I create and pack every single order myself and I take great pride in doing that. I want you to feel how much I care about what I do and about you, from the time you open your package. I also know that you want your order as soon as possible, so your order will be processed and sent to you within 2-3 business days, with the exception of weekends and special holidays. I ship priority mail and first class, depending on the order and the country's destination. Continental should arrive within 3 to 5 business day. Canada and International orders may take longer, up to 2 weeks.
VERY IMPORTANT: Please make sure to add the EXACT shipping address, NO abbreviations or incomplete addresses. This creates a lot of problems creating shipping labels for packages that are then returned to us. If you enter the wrong address and the package is sent back to us, you will have to pay for shipping cost again. To avoid this PLEASE make sure you enter the FULL correct shipping address.
SHIPPING COST: Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. I have tried to do my best to calculate weight based shipping calculator, but if you try to place an order and feel the shipping is high, please contact me. I will take a look for you and try to get the best shipping cost for you, specially if this is an international order.
RETURN POLICY: Customer satisfaction is my number one concern and I want you to be fully satisfied when buying from me. So if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with something you have purchased from me, please contact me and let me know and I will make it right. In the unfortunate event that any items in your order arrives broken or damaged in transit please contact me as soon as possible so so I can send a replacement for you.
