The Best Skincare Plus Mistakes You Should Avoid

I have found 5 common mistakes in trying to achieve the best skincare. These include lifestyle habits and not using the best skincare products. If these mistakes are reversed the changes you will see in the mirror can be dramatic.


It's unbelievable how we take our skin and especially our facial skin for granted.  The best skincare involves many factors including lifestyle, environment and the best skincare products.   What are some of the common mistakes made?

Lifestyle is so important in maintaining healthy skin.  Late nights, not getting enough rest, an unhealthy diet and irregular exercise are not a good idea.  If you are waking up tired on a regular basis, notice how you look when you first wander into the bathroom and look in the mirror.


A fast food diet or a diet high in carbs or fats will take its toll on your skin.  The fact that you are gaining weight or not feeling 100% is not lost on your skin.

If you're not exercising on a regular basis, you are not doing your skin a favor.  Exercise gets your blood flowing which will rid the body of impurities among other things. 

Smoking and drinking and the late hours that go with drinking especially add up quickly.  The lines around the mouth and eyes of smokers is an obvious result of that habit.

These lifestyle mistakes are not the best skincare habits and will eventually show up on your face.
